Ambassador Esin visits Fukushima prefecture

Ambassador Ruslan Esin met with Governor Masao Uchibori and prefectural Assembly member Tomoko Nagao during his visit to Fukushima prefesture on the 20th of March, 2018.

Ambassador Esin also had a meeting with Seiichi Takenoshita, the President of the Fukushima Medical University.
