XXXII Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo has ended

On August 8, 2021, the closing ceremony of the XXXII Summer Olympic Games took place in Tokyo.

More than 11 thousand athletes from 206 countries took part in the Olympiad. Belarusian athletes won 7 medals. Ivan Litvinovich took gold in the trampoline jumping competition. Silver medals were won by wrestlers Irina Kurochkina and Magomedkhabib Kadimagomedov, the four-row kayak crew Marina Litvinchuk, Olga Khudenko, Margarita Makhneva and Nadezhda Popok, bronze — Alina Gornosko (rhythmic gymnastics), Vanessa Kolodinskaya (women's wrestling) and Maxim Nedosekov (athletics, high jumping).
