On memorial events in Nagasaki

On August 8-9, 2021, Counsellor Pavel Lychkouski took part in the memorial events, dedicated to the 76th anniversary of the atomic bombing of Nagasaki.

The Belarusian representative paid floral tribute at the hypocenter of the bombing, and attended the Peace Ceremony in Nagasaki Peace Park. Among those present were Prime Minister, Mayor of Nagasaki City, Governor of Nagasaki Prefecture, leaders of Japanese main parties, survivors of the tragic event, as well as foreign diplomats.
